Operation PUP member, Marlene Mays, is seen receiving a check for $100 from VFW Post Commander Tracy Mynatt. PUP stands for Prevent Unwanted Pets and their motto is: “Spay & Neuter–The Kindest Way to End Pet Overpopulation.” If you need help with spay and neuter please contact PUP at P.O.
