Dorothy Jean Pochis

Mrs. Dorothy Jean Pochis, age 81, of Sweet Bay Dr, Blairsville, passed away Monday, September 12, 2011 at her home after an extended illness. Mrs. Pochis was born, December 6, 2011, in Tampa, FL, daughter of the late John and Violet Shaddick Broack. She was a member of ROTC At Hillsborough High. Mrs. Pochis was preceded in death by two sisters, Lottie Gibbons and Vivian Kitatrell. She was a member of St. Paul Methodist Church in Largo, FL.

Surviving Mrs. Pochis are her husband, Frank Paul Pochis of Blairsville, daughters and sons-in-law, Christine and Anthony Abreu of Blairsville, GA, Deborah and George Attwood of Alexanderia, AL, Pamela and Geoffrey Fuller of San Antonio, TX, sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Fred Mumm of Bay Town, TX, granddaughter, Erin Elizabeth Attwood, step-grandchildren, James Arthur Attwood, Aimee Cedie and Cozette Abreu.

Memorial services will be held at a later date. Interment will follow in Bay Pines National Cemetery in St. Petersburg, FL.
