United Community Bank ‘Our School Bank’ Students Compete in Poster Contest

Blairsville, GA – November 22, 2011 – Every month during the school year, participants in the United Community Bank “Our School Bank” Committee meet for an hour of learning and fun activities. In November, the students – fifth graders from Union County Elementary School – participated in a poster contest. The posters were drawn in the classroom, and United’s Sharon Arnold took them back to the bank where three winners were selected.

Congratulations to Paige Brundrett who took first place. The second place winner was Ethan Edwards, and Kaci Jones grabbed third. The winners received a ribbon on their poster and a Wal-Mart Gift Card.

United Community Bank thanks all the students who participated.
